This role involves complex discretionary decision making, evaluating competing beneficiary claims, and supporting trustees to reach fair, defensible outcomes.
You’ll work closely with senior specialists and support long‑standing client relationships.
Role Profile
✅ Experienced Trusts Lawyer or Legal Executive
✅ Background in trusts, contentious / quasi‑contentious, or trustee advisory work
✅ Confident decision‑maker in judgement‑based matters
✅ Strong analytical skills & clear, practical communication
✅ Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams
