Property Litigation Solicitor
1–6 PQE | National Real Estate Disputes Practice | Hybrid Working | North West
An established UK law firm with a highly respected real estate disputes offering is looking to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor (1–6 PQE) to join its expanding national team.
Applications are also welcomed from Newly Qualified Solicitors with at least 12 months’ prior experience in property litigation at paralegal level.

The Role
You will become part of a well-structured and collaborative disputes practice, working closely with experienced partners and colleagues across multiple offices. The team is particularly well known for its expertise in landlord and tenant disputes, alongside wider commercial and residential property litigation.
The client base is broad and high quality, including developers, investors, retail businesses and corporate occupiers, many of whom require ongoing strategic support with large property portfolios.
Your work will include a varied mix of:
Landlord and tenant disputes (commercial and residential)
General property litigation matters
Portfolio-based advisory work
Acting for lenders, LPA receivers and insolvency practitioners
Complex mortgage enforcement and related disputes
Property issues arising from insolvency situations
Alongside your own caseload, you will:
Work alongside senior lawyers on more complex, high-value matters
Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members
Collaborate with other specialist departments, including restructuring teams
Play an active role in client development and wider team growth
About You
This role will suit a confident and commercially aware solicitor who is keen to deepen their expertise within property litigation. You should demonstrate:
1–6 years’ PQE (or equivalent qualification via CILEX)
A solid grounding in property disputes work
Strong organisation and case management skills
A pragmatic and solution-focused approach
The ability to manage competing priorities effectively
A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others
An interest in contributing to business development initiatives
