A rare vacancy has arisen in this friendly practice for a planning solicitor to focus on development planning.  The incoming solicitor is likely to be around 1-4 years qualified and will be joining a specialist team of Planning Lawyers who advise some of the UK leading developers on complex housing and regeneration projects.  You will be advising on complex S106/278 agreements, CPO as well as public inquires and judicial reviews.  This is a superb opportunity for a junior planning lawyer who is keen to push themselves on exciting projects while being supervised by experts with many years-service.  The hiring practice has Real Estate running through its DNA, which means that planning will always remain a core function, and also means that partnership prospects are also realistic.  This, combined with a genuine work-life balance, makes it a happy firm to work at.  This role will suit either a regional planning solicitor keen to forge a career in the capital, or someone already based in London who is looking for high-quality development work and long-term prospects.  Interested to know more?  Get in touch for a confidential conversation.
