The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in handling a diverse caseload within the non-contentious realm, including the drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as managing estate administration matters. They will provide expert advice on inheritance tax and prepare IHT accounts for a varied clientele.

This role offers comprehensive support and training, enabling the candidate to develop their skills and knowledge within a successful private client department. They will have the opportunity to manage their own clients and caseload, while also contributing to team and firmwide business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for private client law. Previous experience in a similar role or relevant legal internships will be advantageous.
