The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, FCILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer (5+ years PQE/equivalent experience) to join the firm’s growing Residential Conveyancing team in Surrey.
You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. The caseload will cover a wide range of transactions, and you’ll also play an active role in supporting colleagues, contributing to business development initiatives, and helping to grow the profile of the team within the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion.
- Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and related transactions.
- Supporting junior team members and sharing knowledge where appropriate.
- Building strong client relationships through excellent service and communication.
- Actively engaging in business development and networking to grow the department’s presence.
The Candidate
- A qualified Solicitor, FCILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property work.
- A confident communicator with excellent client care skills.
- Motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Commercially aware with proven business development skills
