A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to lead and develop its Private Client offering.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with up to 5 years’ PQE who is looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in shaping and growing a department.
The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload of private client matters, including:
🟢Wills and estate planning
🟢Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
🟢Probate and estate administration
🟢Trust matters
Alongside fee-earning responsibilities, you will be expected to take ownership of the department’s growth, helping to build relationships, develop work streams, and contribute to the firm’s ongoing success.
About You
🟢Qualified Solicitor with up to 5 years’ PQE
🟢Experience handling a broad range of private client matters independently
🟢Strong knowledge of LPAs, wills and probate work
🟢Commercially minded with an interest in business development
🟢Ambitious and keen to take on a leadership role
🟢Excellent client care and communication skills
