This is a key hire for the department, and the successful candidate will be expected to handle a broad mix of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues, tribunal claims, contracts, policies, settlement agreements and general advisory work.
You’ll be managing a busy and varied caseload with full autonomy, so strong technical ability and confidence working without supervision are essential.
