Employment Solicitor | 3+ PQE | Brighton or London

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a growing and ambitious employment team based in either Brighton or London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters while benefiting from genuine opportunities for career development and progression.

The Role

You’ll advise both employers and individuals on the full spectrum of employment law, managing your own varied caseload while working closely with colleagues across the firm.

Your work will include:

• Advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Employment Tribunal litigation and dispute resolution.
• Drafting employment contracts, settlement agreements, witness statements and court bundles.
• Supporting the Corporate team on the employment aspects of business sales, acquisitions and restructuring projects.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Contributing to business development and helping grow the employment practice.

About You

You’ll be an ambitious solicitor with:

• 3+ years’ PQE in Employment Law.
• Strong experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Experience of Employment Tribunal work.
• Outstanding communication and client care skills.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• A commercial approach and enthusiasm for developing new business.
