A client following is not essential — the work is already there. Of course, bringing additional clients would be welcomed, but the key requirement is exceptional technical ability, commercial judgement and the drive to grow a successful practice.
The role offers a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including Employment Tribunal matters. Advocacy experience would be a bonus, but it is not a requirement.
