The Role
As a key member of the
Employment team, you will:
- Advise and represent clients across a range of employment law matters, including contracts, disciplinary processes, workplace disputes, and tribunals.
- Manage a diverse and stimulating caseload for clients ranging from SMEs to larger organisations.
- Deliver clear, commercial, and pragmatic advice while maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Work closely with senior colleagues on complex cases and contribute to the ongoing success of the department.
