An opportunity for a mid-level to senior lawyer has become available at a regional firm in Birmingham. This firm is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Litigation solicitor to help them deal with some complex and significant size cases.
The caseload will include:
- Complex contractual disputes
- Director and shareholder disputes
- Partnership disputes
- Arbitration proceedings
- Professional negligence
The firm is looking for an experienced solicitor with 3-5pqe+ who has experience in a wide range of litigation matters and is interested in working face-to-face with clients.
