This large offshore law firm is looking for an experienced corporate lawyer to take on a key role in its highly respected Guernsey practice. Joining at a Senior Associate or possibly Counsel level, you will advise on a range of high-value and complex matters, taking a lead in running deals, supervising more junior colleagues, and managing/developing client relationships.
It is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious lawyer who is keen to do high-value international work in a dynamic but collegiate environment, whilst enjoying a more relaxed coastal lifestyle outside of the office. You will play an integral role in business development so opportunities for career growth are excellent.
Requirements
- Admitted in the UK, Ireland or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa).
- This role is expected to suit someone with at least 7 years’ PQE (all suitable applicants considered).
- General corporate experience would be a good fit for what is a varied practice, but specialist M&A, PE, Funds, or ECM lawyers who are keen to take on a wider range of work are equally welcome. You will have a good track record in a respected commercial law firm.

- Attractive salary (negotiable depending on experience), 20% tax rate.
