I am keen to speak with Junior Private Client Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executive regarding a private client role we have for a well-respected law firm with multiple offices throughout the South including a London presence.

The ideal candidate will be NQ  (must have sat a private client seat) to 2 years of experience within private client, be capable of managing a mixed & varied caseload, and be interested in obtaining a STEP / SFE qualification.

You will be working within a friendly and nurturing team working on a broad range of private client matters including but not limited to:

• Wills and inheritance disputes
• Declaration of Trusts
• Deeds of Variation
• Probate and Estate Administration
• Writing and Reviewing Your Wills
• Inheritance Tax Planning
