Highly regarded regional law firm due to growth are seeking a dynamic junior corporate solicitor to join their team.
You will be running your own caseload including but not limited to the below
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents in relation to Mergers & Acquisitions, including share purchase agreements and asset purchase agreements
• Assisting clients to prepare their businesses for sale
• Duly carrying out and reviewing legal due diligence
• Carrying out corporate structuring including shareholders’ agreements, articles of association and joint venture agreements
• Carrying out reviews and developing reports and ancillary deliverables in support of M&A transactions
• Assisting with the process, co-ordination and project management of transactions
You will have sat a seat within corporate or commercial and live in the locality looking to join a friendly team working with excellent HNW clients in return you can expect an above average salary with an excellent benefits package.
