This multifaceted role will see you taking a lead in handling the Guernsey law elements of everything from mainstream commercial litigation and shareholder disputes through insolvency, banking litigation and contentious financial services (such as fund or trust disputes), whilst also being integral to client management and business development.

Requirements
- Admitted in the UK, Ireland or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa).
- Joining at Senior Associate or Counsel level, this role is expected to suit someone with at least 6-7 years’ PQE (all suitable applicants considered).
- Commercial Litigation experience gained with a respected City, regional or international firm (or a commercial/chancery chambers) in the UK or equivalent jurisdiction.
