Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive
Join a thriving Residential Property team with a varied caseload and genuine career progression
I’m working with a well-established law firm that is looking to grow its Residential Conveyancing team with the addition of a talented Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive. If you’re looking for a supportive environment, interesting work, and genuine career progression, this could be the role for you.
About You
You’ll be confident in handling your own conveyancing caseload from start to finish, whether it’s freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, re-mortgages, or more complex title matters. Strong client care skills are a must — this team prides itself on offering a personal, high-quality service.
This role would suit someone who:
- Has experience as a Residential Property Solicitor, Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
- Can manage their own caseload with minimal supervision
- Enjoys working closely with clients, agents, referrers, and colleagues
- Wants to develop their career in a collaborative and friendly team environment
The Role
The team covers the full spectrum of residential property transactions, from high-value and complex sales/purchases to first-time buyer matters. There’s also exposure to new build work, lease extensions, and enfranchisement, with plenty of in-house expertise to learn from.
You’ll be part of a group that shares knowledge, supports each other, and values professional development. You’ll also have the chance to get involved in business development, networking events, and client relationship building to really make your mark.
Why This Role?
- A genuine career development pathway within a respected law firm
- Friendly, approachable colleagues who work as a team
- A caseload that is varied, interesting, and high quality
- Support with further training and professional development
This is a rare chance to join a firm where people enjoy their work, are given the freedom to grow, and are encouraged to build long-term careers.
