Exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded Private Client team
I’m working with a respected law firm that is looking to expand its Wills, Trusts & Estates team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor (around 1–3 years’ PQE) with a passion for Private Client work to take on a varied caseload and develop their career in a supportive, highly regarded department.
About You
You’ll be a qualified Private Client Solicitor with experience in some or all of the following:
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)
- Advising on and handling estate administration matters
- Providing inheritance tax advice and preparing IHT accounts
- Delivering clear and compassionate advice to a wide range of clients
You’ll be keen to develop your technical knowledge, grow your client base, and get involved in wider business development activities. Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach are essential.
The Role
You’ll handle your own matters while benefiting from guidance, training, and support from experienced colleagues in a Legal 500 and Chambers recognised team. The work is varied, high-quality, and includes:
- Advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners
- Complex probate and estate administration
- Exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters through collaboration with colleagues across the firm
Why This Role?
- Work with a highly experienced, reputable Private Client team
- Access to a steady flow of interesting, high-quality cases
- Genuine progression opportunities in a growing team
- Ongoing training and mentoring to build your expertise
This is an excellent chance for a Private Client Solicitor (1–3 PQE) to join a firm that values its people, provides strong professional development, and offers a friendly and supportive culture.
If you’re looking for your next step in Wills, Trusts & Estates law, I’d love to have a confidential conversation with you.
