The Opportunity
A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to strengthen its Residential Property team in Sheffield with the addition of an experienced Conveyancer.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable individual to manage a full caseload independently within a supportive, collaborative environment, while benefiting from strong administrative support and a firm-wide focus on quality over volume.
The Role
You will handle a varied and engaging caseload across the full spectrum of residential conveyancing, including:
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Acting on sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions
- Providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice to clients throughout the process
- Maintaining high levels of client care and communication
- Liaising with estate agents, lenders and other third parties effectively
- Working collaboratively with support staff and the wider team to ensure smooth delivery of transactions
- Contributing positively to team performance and service standards
Candidate Profile
This role would suit an individual who is:
- A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional
- With circa 5 years’ PQE or equivalent experience
- Confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- Committed to delivering an excellent client experience
- Looking for a role offering manageable caseloads and genuine support
- Keen to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking firm
