Residential Conveyancer – Sheffield

Location: Sheffield

The Opportunity

A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to strengthen its Residential Property team in Sheffield with the addition of an experienced Conveyancer.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable individual to manage a full caseload independently within a supportive, collaborative environment, while benefiting from strong administrative support and a firm-wide focus on quality over volume.

 

The Role

You will handle a varied and engaging caseload across the full spectrum of residential conveyancing, including:

  • Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
  • Acting on sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice to clients throughout the process
  • Maintaining high levels of client care and communication
  • Liaising with estate agents, lenders and other third parties effectively
  • Working collaboratively with support staff and the wider team to ensure smooth delivery of transactions
  • Contributing positively to team performance and service standards

 

Candidate Profile

This role would suit an individual who is:

  • A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional
  • With circa 5 years’ PQE or equivalent experience
  • Confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Committed to delivering an excellent client experience
  • Looking for a role offering manageable caseloads and genuine support
  • Keen to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking firm
