Head of Conveyancing & Compliance | Lancashire

A growing and ambitious residential conveyancing practice is seeking an experienced Head of Conveyancing & Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) to lead the next phase of its development.

Following a recent restructure and significant investment in the conveyancing department, the firm is looking for a senior solicitor who can combine strong technical expertise with leadership, compliance oversight and a genuine desire to help shape the future of the business.

This opportunity represents a rare chance to step into a highly visible leadership role with real influence across the firm.

This is not a role for someone looking simply to maintain an existing department. The successful candidate will play a central role in developing and growing the conveyancing function, supported by an engaged leadership team that is fully committed to investment and long-term growth.

About You:

You’ll ideally have:

• A strong background in residential conveyancing
• Previous management or supervisory experience
• Existing COLP experience
• Strong compliance, risk management and regulatory awareness
• A collaborative and commercially minded approach
• The ambition to play a key role in a firm’s growth journey
