We are working with a highly respected law firm in Woking that is seeking a talented Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their prestigious Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning (WTEP) team. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to become a pivotal figure in a growing and dynamic department.

The Role
- As a Private Client Lawyer within this leading WTEP team, you will:
- Manage a diverse and complex caseload, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate administration.
- Deliver strategic, tailored advice to a high-caliber client base, including high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Play a key role in mentoring and developing junior colleagues.
- Contribute to the team’s business development activities, identifying growth opportunities and expanding the WTEP offering.
- This role provides the chance to make a significant impact, working on challenging and high-value cases in a supportive and professional environment.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you will:
- Have 8+ years PQE in private client law, with in-depth experience in WTEP matters.
- Possess strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
- Be STEP-qualified or actively working towards this accreditation (preferred but not essential).
- Demonstrate excellent client management skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Have a proven track record of developing client relationships and contributing to business growth.
- Be collaborative, adaptable, and share the firm’s commitment to excellence and progress.
