The Role
We are looking for a General Disputes Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join the team. You will work on a variety of contentious matters, advising clients on strategy, managing cases from start to finish and contributing to the continued growth of the department.
Key Responsibilities

Handling commercial disputes, contractual claims and debt recovery

Managing litigation through all stages, from pre-action to trial

Drafting pleadings, settlement agreements and correspondence

Advising clients on risks, strategies, and potential outcomes

Representing clients in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration
-
Building strong client relationships and providing practical advice

Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
-
Contributing to business development initiatives and networking

Confident drafter with strong negotiation and advocacy skills

Excellent client care and communication

Commercially aware and proactive in managing caseloads
