Residential Conveyancer – Sheffield Location: Sheffield Part time Hours available The Opportunity A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to strengthen its Residential Property team in Sheffield with the addition of an experienced Conveyancer. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable individual to manage a full caseload independently within a supportive, collaborative environment, while benefiting from strong administrative support and a firm-wide focus on quality over volume. The Role You will handle a varied and engaging caseload across the full spectrum of residential conveyancing, including: Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion Acting on sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions Providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice to clients throughout the process Maintaining high levels of client care and communication Liaising with estate agents, lenders and other third parties effectively Working collaboratively with support staff and the wider team to ensure smooth delivery of transactions Contributing positively to team performance and service standards Candidate Profile This role would suit an individual who is: A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional With circa 5 years’ PQE or equivalent experience Confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision Highly organised, with strong attention to detail Committed to delivering an excellent client experience Looking for a role offering manageable caseloads and genuine support Keen to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking firm The Firm The firm is a well-established regional practice with a strong presence across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and the East Midlands.
