Jason has specialised in international legal recruitment since September 2000 and leads the international team at Origin Legal. He has helped hundreds of lawyers, from NQ to Senior Equity Partner, to make career-defining and life-changing moves to more than twenty jurisdictions worldwide.
Jason focuses on private practice, spanning both the offshore and onshore markets. He is one of the world’s foremost specialists in recruitment for the offshore sector, with long-standing relationships in virtually all significant offshore law firms. He has also worked extensively with the international offices of UK and US law firms, principally in the Middle East and Asia but also in Continental Europe and the developing African markets.
Jason graduated from the University of York with a degree in Economics & Politics. He was formerly a Director in charge of the private practice team at what was then a leading Global legal recruitment company. He subsequently ran his own international legal recruitment business for four years before merging with Origin Legal in 2015.
