Claire advises lawyers at all stages of their careers, with a particular focus on moves within the South East and South West of England. She brings over 20 years’ experience in executive search, working with both law firms and in-house legal teams.

Before joining Origin Legal, Claire was a director at a specialist search firm, advising City and US law firms in London, with particular expertise in energy and infrastructure, and banking and finance. Earlier in her career, she led the UK regional team for an international legal recruitment business, working with firms nationwide.

A Leeds graduate in German and Linguistics, Claire also volunteers with a youth charity, helping to empower girls through fun, friendship and adventure. She was able to bring her professional expertise to this organisation by completing an extended period as national level specialist volunteer for member recruitment.

Claire is happiest in muddy boots, whether up a hill or along the river near her home in Surrey. Her music taste is firmly rooted in the 90s, and a MinaLima illustrated copy of The Secret Garden ranks high among her favourite books.
