Cayman and Jersey continue to dominate, accounting for 45% of new Partners in 2024 and 44% in 2025.
54% of new Partners in 2024 and 60% in 2025 specialised in a core transactional practice area2.
66% of new Partners were promoted internally in 2025, increasing from 60% in 2024.
41% of new Partners were female in 2025, rising from 38% in 2024.
England & Wales remains the dominant ‘first’ jurisdiction of admission for new Partners rising from 45% in 2024, to 48% in 2025.
