The incoming solicitor is likely to be around 1-4 years qualified and will be joining a specialist team of Planning Lawyers who advise some of the UK leading developers on complex housing and regeneration projects. You will be advising on complex S106/278 agreements, CPO as well as public inquires and judicial reviews.
