Our client with multiple offices throughout Kent, Surrey & London due to growth are now recruiting for a newly qualified residential property Solicitor to join their team in Kent .
The role
As a Newly Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, with ongoing support and supervision from experienced senior lawyers.
You will:

Run a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion

Handle a strong volume of leasehold transactions

Deliver a smooth, transparent and efficient client experience using the firm’s digital platforms

Communicate confidently with clients, agents and other third parties
This role is ideal for an NQ who is commercially minded, comfortable working independently, and keen to develop within a progressive, modern firm.
About you

Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales), NQ–2 years PQE

Experience in residential conveyancing, with strong exposure to leasehold work (essential)

Highly organised, detail-oriented and solutions-focused
