The Role:
We are currently seeking a driven and dedicated solicitor with NQ to 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our client’s Family Law team in Berkshire. This role offers the opportunity to work flexibly with full hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support partners and senior team members in managing a varied caseload, under the guidance of the Head of Department.
- Handle clients’ cases efficiently, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions.
- Uphold the highest professional standards, in line with the firm’s objectives and quality benchmarks.
- Proactively inform clients about the full range of services offered by the firm.The Ideal Candidate:

- Holds NQ to 2 years’ PQE with relevant training or experience in family law.
- Possesses a strong academic background.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a keen interest in business development.
