A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to appoint a Family Solicitor to join its successful and growing Family Law team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to work with a quality private client base while developing their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Opportunity
You’ll join an established Family Law team with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality advice to individuals and families across a broad range of matters.
The successful candidate will inherit an existing caseload and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the department.
This position would suit a solicitor who enjoys building long-term client relationships, providing sensitive and practical advice, and managing matters with a high degree of autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
Advising clients on divorce and separation matters.
Managing financial remedy and matrimonial finance cases.
Handling private children matters and child arrangement disputes.
Preparing court documentation and legal pleadings.
Conducting advocacy at hearings where appropriate.
Instructing and liaising with counsel and other professional advisers.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Contributing to business development and networking initiatives.
Supporting the continued growth and profile of the Family team.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in Family Law.
Have experience managing privately funded family matters.
Possess strong technical knowledge across a range of family law issues.
Be confident handling a caseload with minimal supervision.
Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.
