My client a ranked Top tier practice are seeking a 1-3 PQE Solicitor to join their Dispute Resolution team based in their Sussex office.

You will be working on but not limited to a broad range of dispute resolution matters including:

• Contractual disputes,
• Professional negligence claims,
• Construction disputes,
• Shareholder disputes,
• Banking litigation
• Insolvency

You will be working on your own dispute resolution matters with minimal supervision but also assisting the team as and when required.
