The Role
An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a successful and growing team in Essex. You will handle a broad caseload of commercial property work, build client relationships, and play an active role in business development.
Key Responsibilities

Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord/tenant matters

Managing a varied caseload from start to finish

Drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements and leases.

Acting for lenders and borrowers on property finance transactions

Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent service

Supporting junior team members and sharing technical knowledge

Engaging in business development and networking
The Candidate

Solicitor with 2+ PQE

Strong drafting, negotiation and problem-solving skills

Excellent client care and communication abilities

Commercially aware and able to spot opportunities for clients

Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently

Team player keen to contribute to the department’s growth
