We’re working with a highly regarded legal practice in the Greater Manchester area where you will have a choice of an office base that’s perhaps closer to home.
The firm is continuing to grow its Commercial Property team and is keen to bring in a talented Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and friendly environment where your work will be varied, high-quality and genuinely valued.
You’ll handle a broad mix of commercial property matters, giving you the chance to build on your technical expertise while enjoying real autonomy in your caseload. Work will include:
- Sales and purchases of commercial property
- Business asset transactions
- Property disposals via auction
- Secured lending, mortgages and remortgages
- Landlord & Tenant matters, including:
- Leases and renewals
- Licences to assign, sublet and alter
- Surrenders
- Pension scheme transactions (including in specie transfers)
- Land Registry matters, including first registrations and adverse possession
- Section 25 notices
- Acting for management companies
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
- Strong technical knowledge and a solid grounding across a broad range of matters
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- A proactive, commercially aware approach
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team but can also run matters independently
