Commercial Property Partner – Hampshire

Our client is a Legal 500 recognized law firm based in Hampshire, known for their commitment to excellence and client-centric approach. As they continue to expand the practice, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Property Partner to join our team.

Role Overview: As the Commercial Property Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the commercial property practice. This leadership position demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in commercial property law and business development. You will work closely with the management team to shape the future direction of our commercial property services, ensuring the high standards of client service and legal expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the commercial property team, providing mentorship, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the firm’s commercial property practice.
  • Oversee complex commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Stay informed about market trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes impacting commercial property.
  • Collaborate with the management team to align the commercial property practice with the firm’s overall strategic goals.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in commercial property law, with a track record of success in a senior role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service and relationship building.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Relevant legal qualifications (e.g., Solicitor, Barrister) are essential.
  • Recognition or accreditation from Legal 500 is highly desirable but is by no means essential.
