The caseload will include:
- Complex contractual disputes
- Director and shareholder disputes
- Partnership disputes
- Arbitration proceedings
- Professional negligence
- Property Litigation
The firm is looking for an experienced solicitor with 4 pqe+ who has experience in a wide range of litigation matters and is interested in working face-to-face with clients.
