Here at Origin Legal, we’re thrilled to share some exciting news as our team continues to grow. In October, we had the pleasure of welcoming two new members to the team, Ameena Abdo and Anna Plata.

Fresh from completing her LLM, Ameena is working closely with Jason Horobin and Charlotte Hooper, adding further strength in depth to our international team. Already integral to our thriving offshore business, she will also be capitalising on her fluent Arabic language skills and extensive experience of living in the Gulf, to play a key part in growing our capabilities in the Middle East region.

Anna will be working alongside Director Andrew Porter managing all stages of the recruitment process and proving greater coverage and candidate sourcing to meet the increasing demand in the Greater Anglia region. She holds a Law degree from the University of Kent, one of the UK’s leading universities, as well as the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and a Master’s degree in Professional Legal Practice, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape.

Ameena and Anna join us at an exciting time of growth, helping us stay at the forefront of legal recruitment and consultancy. We’re excited to see the contributions both Ameena and Anna will make to the Origin Legal team and the impact they’ll have on our clients and candidates alike.
