Join a dynamic team in a pivotal role, providing comprehensive support to the Head of Risk and Compliance within a leading organization. Your primary objective will be ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards while fostering a culture of compliance throughout the firm. From addressing inquiries to developing policies, your contributions will shape the firm’s risk management landscape.

Responsibilities include:

  • Offering guidance on diverse legal, regulatory, and compliance matters such as anti-money laundering and data protection.
  • Serving as a point of escalation for complex issues, collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
  • Facilitating data protection compliance through policy development and training initiatives.
  • Assisting in supplier onboarding and contract reviews, ensuring due diligence.
  • Advising on client engagement processes and policies.
  • Collaborating with legal teams to identify and mitigate risk across practice areas.
  • Enhancing the firm’s audit program and implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Drafting and updating policies, while spearheading internal training programs.
  • Contributing to firm-wide projects requiring risk and compliance expertise.
  • Providing regular reports to senior management on pertinent issues.
  • Keeping abreast of legal and regulatory developments, disseminating updates accordingly.


  • Qualified lawyer with experience in risk and compliance or private practice.
  • Familiarity with legal, regulatory, and professional standards relevant to law firms.
  • Proficiency in data protection and contract law.
  • Previous experience in developing and implementing best practices preferred.
