Opportunities exist for:

• Banking & Finance Lawyers (General Finance or Project Finance)
• Corporate Lawyers (M&A, Private Equity, Investment Funds)
• Commercial Technology Lawyers (non-contentious TMT, IP)
• Competition/Antitrust Lawyers (non-contentious)
• New Zealand Lawyers (returnees in all practice areas and at all levels)

The firm can sponsor overseas lawyers and is interested in hearing from UK, Australian and South African qualified lawyers, as well as New Zealand lawyers returning home after working overseas. We are interested in hearing from applicants at all levels from Newly Qualified (with a two-year training period) to Senior Associate, with the most demand at NQ – four years’ PQE (in UK terms).
