We are currently recruiting for a HR Manager role within a Global law firm. The role encompasses the full remit of a generalist HR position working directly with stakeholders to ensure the overall people agenda is supported and best practice is met.
- Delivery of overall people strategy through the development of key relationships
- Coaching and mentoring of colleagues across performance and appraisal processes
- The development of talent mapping ensuring high perfomers are identified and succession plans are put in place
- Working closely with an HR Advisor delivering up to date advice on employee relations matters
- Acting as the subject matter expert when dealing with complex casework
- Working closely with Learning & Development, Recruitment and Compensation and Benefits providing guidance on the specific business unit requirements
- Working closely with the leadership team identifying business improvements through its people
- This role requires the ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholder relationships, commercial awareness and strong generalist skills.
