Andrew started his legal recruitment career in Kent back in 1986, then moved to Colchester in 1996 to join Rupert Haxell and together they were responsible for building a national legal recruitment team for a major Plc.
He specialises in recruiting lawyers from newly qualified to Partner level within Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Herts and Cambridgeshire and has been responsible for numerous high profile moves across the region over the last 23 years! His knowledge and experience of the region is unrivalled by the competition and his professional standards and honesty are why his clients return to him, time and time again.
A self-confessed sports fanatic, Andrew's main interest is Golf with an ambition to play in as many different countries as possible. He enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid Liverpool fan!
