Job Description

Our client is one of the largest practices in South Essex, located in a buzzing and affluent area. With a management team described as “switched on”, it is a practice that punches above its weight and is not your typical high street firm with a large number of corporate clients.

The business is a general practice providing advice to a broad cross section of the local community. Its influence has spread in recent years to a client base that is now nationwide and in some instances international. Friendly and personable and a strong belief in building lasting relationships with clients.

They now wish to recruit a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the Residential Property Team. The successful candidate will be taking over a full and existing caseload, dealing primarily with big ticket/high net worth individuals on properties in excess of £1m.

You will be a lawyer with strong business development skills and the ability to build productive relationships with professional work referrers and develop a flow of referrals. You will need to be a good communicator, a team player able to encourage and develop the other members of the team and work closely with Partners and fee earners from other disciplines.

Salary: £30-50,000 plus 25% of fees above three times salary
