Due to increased work flow our client, a regional heavyweight in Kent, is looking to grow their property litigation team with a appointment of mid-level solicitor.

• This role will have primary responsibility for all property dispute matters, both commercial (75%) and residential (25%) in nature
• Managing a mixed and varied case load
• Commercial cases to include: dilapidations; business lease renewals (opposed/non-opposed); service charge disputes; rights of light disputes; rent reviews; break disputes; easements/restrictive covenants; tenant insolvency; rent arrears/forfeiture proceedings; squatters proceedings
• Residential cases to include: possession proceedings; disrepair cases; service charge disputes; rent arrears; flooding claim.
