Our client, with a highly regarded private client team, are looking for an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor to join their successful team in Kent.

You will deal with a range of work including Wills, LPA’s, Inheritance Tax, Court of Protection work and Trust Administration.

You will be responsible for developing and growing their private client services, as well as enhancing the experience of current clients.

Previous management experience is preferred and direct entry at salaried partner level would be possible for the right candidate.

Applications are welcome from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and non-admitted private client practitioners. Ideally candidates will have specialist accreditations such as STEP or SFE although not a pre-requisite.

My client offer hybrid working & have a permanent and occasional working from home policy. You would be welcome to propose up to 40% home working.

You may be considering relocating to the East Kent coast or one of the inland towns and villages, if so, my client will pay the buying and selling conveyancing fees of the successful candidate,  and assist with introductions to their extensive network of local estate agents together with assistance re schools etc.
