Our client is a large UK business looking to add further strength and depth to their legal group based in Buckinghamshire. With a strong focus on innovation and expertise, they offer a range of market-leading technologies and streamlined processes to address the challenges associated with managing employees in a diverse and ever-changing workforce. The business operates a full hybrid working policy with only two days a week expected in the office.
You will advise on a range of commercial legal matters including general terms and conditions, contracts with key customer accounts, procurement contracts, major and complex projects, tenders, marketing support, agency and distribution agreements, IT and IP agreements, employment matters, management and general legal advice to the business’s divisions.
In addition, the team manages the compliance agenda to help identify, manage and mitigate legal risk for the business and beyond in respect of, data protection including the development and delivery of appropriate training to the business.
You will be a UK-qualified Solicitor looking to become an integral part of a market-leading, rapidly developing business.
We are currently considering applicants from Newly Qualified to five years PQE but this is given as a guide, candidates with suitable experience outside of this bracket are encouraged to apply. Attitude, application, personality and willingness to learn in the role are highly desirable. Previous in-house experience is advantageous, but not essential. In addition to a good knowledge of commercial legal matters, experience in any of the following legal disciplines is desirable: data protection law, competition/compliance, IT contracts, procurement, employment law
