Commercial Lawyer – London (West End)

I am working on an exciting In-house role that offers a huge variety of work.  Based in an exciting West-end location, my client is a leading player in the hotel and hospitality sector across the globe.  This is a role for a junior commercial counsel who will primarily be responsible for drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.  The incoming individual will be motivated and able to work with a high level of autonomy and will have the ability to prioritise.

As well as a solid grounding in commercial work it will also be helpful if the incoming person has a knowledge of:

  • Competition
  • Real Estate
  • GDPR
  • Employment Law
  • Compliance

It is envisaged that the incoming lawyer will be in the region of 2 years pqe but the client will consider candidates either side of this bracket.  It is a super role for a commercial lawyer looking for a first in-house move in a thriving business or for a lawyer looking to join a busy international organisation and drive their career forward.
