Our client are a professional probate genealogist business working for the public and private sectors in tracing missing beneficiaries to unclaimed assets and estates.

Due to pending retirement, they now wish to hire an experienced Probate specialist to handle probate administration and estate accounts. Working in a close-knit team of four, in an office-based role, dealing with your own cases you will be handling probate administration, tax, assets and liabilities and be in contact with beneficiaries through to distribution of the estate.

This is a great opportunity for a legal executive or a solicitor to join a highly successful family company and break away from private practice to a business that is not target driven and offers plenty of support. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Paralegals with sufficient experience in probate administration and the ability to work largely unsupervised.
