Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team based at either our Northampton or Leicester offices. The successful candidate will undertake a diverse caseload incorporating contentious and non-contentious work for employer clients. You will predominantly advise employers, but with some claimant work. Prior advocacy experience is desirable as is delivering seminars and a desire to build on that experience.

The Candidate

  • You must have a strong background in Employment law, with a bias towards employer work
  • You must have excellent technical and client care skills
  • You must be a team player and able to manage a full caseload
  • Prior advocacy experience would be advantageous
  • Additional experience in delivering employment law training to commercial clients is desirable but not essential
  • You must be driven, confident, flexible and personable.
