Job Description

Our client is an established and highly regarded practice in central Berkshire. They are now seeking a contentious private client solicitor to lead their offering as they expand their presence.

The practice already has a team dealing with contentious matters to include: contesting a will, inheritance act claims, problems in the interpretation of wills and trust documents, disputes about charitable legacies, disputes between executors and beneficiaries, disputing lifetime gifts and problems with estate administrations, challenging costs and recovering debts.

You will ideally be a specialist in this niche field of litigation although those from a broader litigious background will be considered and can expect a strong salary and excellent prospects.

If you are looking for a new role or if you would like to join a firm with a clear progression path apply now to be considered or call James Wheelhouse for a confidential chat.

Origin Legal is handling several contentious Private Client Solicitor vacancies throughout the South East. If you are a Solicitor looking to consider your options then please do get in touch for a confidential discussion.

Origin Legal follow strict best practice recruitment guidelines monitored by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However, we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
