The Employment Team provides fast, proactive and practical legal support. Approachable and commercially aware, our 42 fee-earner team is experienced in the full spectrum of employment law and acts for employers, employees and unions.
You will advise on contentious and non-contentious matters. Assisting major companies through to smaller private and owner-managed businesses in a wide variety of sectors, including financial services, healthcare, recruitment, publishing, media, IT, hotels and leisure, manufacturing, retail and professional services. The team also act for public companies, academic institutions, unions, employees and not-for-profit organisations.
The team is looking to recruit a newly qualified to mid-level Associate. The work will involve general commercial contentious and non-contentious work but will also involve a significant amount of work acting for the members of the unions the firm advises.
Employment legal knowledge is needed as is a solid understanding of the various IT platforms used to assist in litigation, case management and marketing.
The role will suit a confident and enthusiastic individual who is committed to providing the best and most efficient possible service to clients.
