Job Description

Employment Solicitor – Dudley

Our client is looking to hire an employment lawyer of approximately 0-3 years’ PQE to join their busy and expanding team.

The employment team offer a full service, advising both employee and employer clients on privately funded and insured issues.

Advising employees and employers, preferably in private and public sector, on a range of employment problems including:

  • grievance and disciplinary proceedings;
  • redundancy selection and consultation;
  • unfair and constructive dismissal;
  • discrimination and harassment;
  • TUPE;
  • contracts of employment, policies and handbooks;
  • ill health absence and dismissals;
  • unlawful deductions from wages;
  • identifying employment status;

Advising employees and employers upon Settlement Agreements.

Acting for Claimants and Respondents in Employment Tribunal proceedings (up to full hearing)

Advising clients who have signed up to an HR Advice Service on an annual retainer basis.
