Our client’s highly regarded and top-ranked employment team handles a wide range of quality contentious and non-contentious work including employee relations advisory work, disputes in the tribunal and courts, drafting employment documentation, corporate transactions and commercial outsourcing TUPE work. The employment team also works closely with the immigration team, advising both employers and individuals. The team’s workload is increasingly top end, complex, premium work as excellence is the hallmark of the practice.
Clients include are major international organisations, UK FTSE companies, owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals.
To assist with the firm’s high-growth plans we are looking for a quality associate or senior associate to join our employment team, ideally, with 2 – 7 years PQE gained in a major City or leading national or regional practice.
Candidates must have strong drafting, negotiation and interpersonal skills and a proven track record in the full range of employment work, coupled with drive and enthusiasm for business development activity.
Experience of at least one of the following is preferred:
Advising on TUPE issues and drafting complex TUPE provisions;
Employment agencies, employment businesses and agency worker matters;
Regulatory issues in the Financial Services sector.
